Primark Opening New Stores in New Jersey and New York This Summer.
Primark, an Irish fashion company, recently revealed plans to open another store in New Jersey.
On July 6, the company will launch at The Mills at Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth.
This is one of three Primark stores set to open in New Jersey and New York this summer. The other locations will open on Long Island on June 22 and in Albany on July 20.
“The reception we’ve received as we’ve joined new communities in the US has been overwhelmingly positive, with lines of new customers waiting to meet us, so our team is so excited about the lineup of new stores we have scheduled to open this Summer,” said Kevin Tulip, president of Primark US.
Over 33,000 square feet will be used by each of the three new businesses.
In addition to apparel for men, women, and children, Primark also sells household goods, travel necessities, and cosmetics.
According to the retailer’s website, affordability “has always been at the heart of Primark.” Our current goal is to lower the cost of sustainable fashion for all consumers.
With the three new openings, Primark will have 428 outlets worldwide, including 20 in the US.
By the end of 2026, the company, which was established in Ireland in 1969, expects to run 530 locations globally. By then, it hopes to have 60 outlets open around the country.
